He can often be found working with university students and recent grads in finding their way in the business world and otherwise.
In his spare time Glen has a passion for wheels, winding roads and travel. He also loves building community and works hard to support local businesses.

I bring peace, along with mastery and experience, when dealing with a client's need. While working on our solutions' architecture (what and where) and design (how), I focus on security, sustainability and functionality - because behind every system we build there is a person who matters.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and traveling to new destinations.

I wear a lot of hats at GLC, but at the heart of it I love helping people and making things work better. Whether it's facilitating a project session, supporting team dynamics, or just lending a listening ear, I thrive on creating positive, practical experiences for others. I focus on facilitation and building alignment to ensure people, processes, and priorities are all pulling in the same direction; helping to move from "what if" to "what's next."

Outside work, I enjoy time with my family—building Lego, playing backyard soccer, or heading out on a local adventure. I love trying new restaurants and frequent nearby coffee shops (always hunting for a good cup of tea).

I'm passionate about building solutions that make work smoother and smarter. I studied Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership & Finance at TWU, but technology has always been a core interest. Now I get to combine my love of tech and business every day.

As a former small business owner turned technology consultant, I bridge the gap between business and technology. I specialize in translating ideas and needs between business leaders and technical teams. This skill helps organizations pinpoint the right tools and technologies to drive success.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me coaching one of my four boys in their youth sports. When the family schedule allows, I love to sneak away to the driving range to recharge and work on my golf game.

I have been an accountant for 41 years, and greatly enjoy helping clients with their accounting needs. One of the most important functions that I have at GLC is paying our valuable team members. I love walking my 2 adorable little dogs and spending time with my family.
